  2. You need 1 tablespoon of Chilli powder.
  3. You need 1 tablespoon of Turmeric powder.
  4. You need of Salt (as per taste).

  6. Prepare 3 tablespoon of Cooking oil.

Bittergourd Fry step by step

  1. Cut the bittergourd in to thin slices..
  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice as given in ingredients and mix it well. Leave it for marinating in freezer for 15 min..
  3. Now heat the pan and add oil. Add the marinated bittergourd to the pan. Slow cook for 20 min to get it crispy..
